Word Choice

While I have been spending time meditating in prayer, God has laid powerful words on my heart. Words that in turn, transform my worldview into His. Words that paint a bleak picture of our world, and the need that it has for the Savior.

Motherless
Neglected
Abandoned
Abused
Ignored
Distressed
Despair
Pain

The world is a dark place, and many times we are blind to it. For the church God has spoken these words as vacancies that need to be filled.

Joy
Vision
Perspective
Service
Cooperation

Lord, as we abide in You, I pray for your boldness to cover us. That we would go out into the world, not on our own strength but with the guiding and sustaining power of the Holy Spirit. Lord it is amazing what you have done for us, as we freely receive your sacrifice, I pray that we would, in turn, freely give back to the world that is in desperate need of You. Thank you Lord, thank you.
