Confession and Grace

It is impossible to move on. I would give anything to simply be better at any moment. I wish that "I won't do that again" was enough. But guilt and shame remain, like a residue on me...I simply reek of my own sin.

I hate confession.

I love confession.

I need confession.

Thank You God for loving me so much! Thank You that what I do in darkness my not look pretty in light, but never disqualifies me for stepping into Your light.

Lord, may guilt never keep me from Your light and life. Thank you for confession.
