A prayer for Valentines day

It is fitting to pray to the almighty Lord on Valentines day. If all of the laws, commandments, teachings, and messeges in the scriptures are boiled down, they come out as love. That is what being a christian is all about. Loving each other, and loving God. Loving a God that loves us so much, that he died on the cross, and took our sins upon himself. I've been reading in Acts/Romans in the last week of prayer, and God has really impressed me with love.

Love your neighbor as yourself. This is truly a hard commandment to keep. Imagine all the food, clothes, toys, and comforts we buy for ourselves. We do this out of a love for ourself. But it is not just us that should recieve this, but everyone! We should appreciate, love, and care for everyone!
