prayer can save the day

all day today I have felt incapable of doing anything. I tried to do homework but didn't get anywhere. I tried to work out but didnt last too long. All in all it has been an unproductive day. It is amazing how much that can be redeemed by spending time in the presense of God. I feel renewed and refreshed and he has breathed new life through as I have prayed for those around me. God is good, and all good and perfect gifts come from him!
